Effective date: 5 July 2026 Operator: Craftolin ("Craftolin", "we", "us", "our")
This policy explains how you can delete specific data, and how Craftolin handles deletion. For deleting your entire account, see the Account Deletion Policy.
1. Data You Can Delete Yourself (in-app)
You can currently delete the following directly in the app:
- Products (Partners) — and their images.
- Product images — individually.
- Customer events — individually.
- Notifications — individually or all at once.
- Wishlist items — by toggling them off.
Profile fields can be edited/updated in the app to correct or remove information.
2. Data Deletion on Request
For data that cannot yet be deleted through a self-service control (for example, full account erasure), you may request deletion by contacting us at john@gmail.com. We will verify your identity (via your registered account) before acting.
⚠️ Current limitation: a self-service, in-app account deletion control is not yet implemented. Until it is available, account/data erasure is handled via the request channel above. [ACTION REQUIRED — implement in-app account deletion to meet Google Play and DPDP requirements.]
3. What Happens When Data Is Deleted
3.1 Deleting a product removes the product and its associated images from storage (image objects are removed from Cloudflare R2 on a best-effort basis; the database records are removed).
3.2 Deleting your account removes or anonymises your personal data, and cascades removal of linked records such as your partner profile, wishlist, events, event reminders, and push tokens. See Data Retention Policy.
3.3 Transactional records (orders, requirements, reviews) and chat already delivered to another user may be retained or anonymised where needed for the other party's records, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal compliance, rather than fully erased.
4. Timing
We aim to action verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and within any timeframe required by applicable law. Residual copies may persist briefly in backups before they cycle out.
5. Third-Party Stores
Deletion extends to data held in our primary database, our chat store (Firestore), our image storage (Cloudflare R2), and push tokens (FCM). Some authentication records held by Firebase Authentication are removed when the corresponding account is deleted.
