Effective date: 5 July 2026 Operator: Craftolin ("Craftolin", "we", "us", "our") Between: Craftolin and the Partner (creator/maker/seller) registering a partner account.
This Agreement governs your use of Craftolin as a Partner. It supplements the Terms & Conditions and Marketplace Policy.
1. Partner Status
1.1 You act as an independent seller. You are not an employee, agent, partner, or joint-venturer of Craftolin. You sell products in your own name and on your own account.
1.2 You are responsible for your own legal, tax, and regulatory compliance (including GST/registration where applicable).
2. Registration and Business Profile
2.1 On registering as a Partner, Craftolin creates your vendor profile and a 60-day free trial subscription.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate business-profile information, which may include: business name, description, business email, phone and WhatsApp numbers, business address, social/web links (Instagram, YouTube, website), logo and profile images, and delivery-coverage settings.
2.3 You control whether your phone number is shown to customers and whether your mobile is used as your WhatsApp number.
3. Verification and Moderation
3.1 Craftolin may verify partners (is_verified) and may moderate or remove listings, mark them invisible/unavailable, or restrict or suspend partner accounts that breach policy or law.
4. Listings and Subscription Limits
4.1 You may publish products up to the product limit of your active plan (Trial 10, Starter 25, Growth 50, Pro 200). See Subscription Terms.
4.2 You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of each listing, including name, description, price, category, hashtags, images, availability, and delivery estimates.
4.3 You warrant that you own or are licensed to use all product images and content you upload, and that your products and content do not infringe third-party rights or violate the Community Guidelines or law.
5. Images and Uploads
5.1 Product and profile images are uploaded directly to Craftolin's storage provider (Cloudflare R2) via secure presigned links. You grant Craftolin a licence to host, resize, and display them to operate the platform. See Intellectual Property Policy.
6. Handling Requirements and Orders
6.1 You receive incoming Requirements from customers. You may request the customer's contact, decline, or proceed.
6.2 24-hour response window: if you do not respond to a Requirement within 24 hours, the system will automatically reject it. Timely responses improve your reputation metrics.
6.3 Agreement code: after agreeing terms with the customer, you generate a 4-digit in-app code; the customer relays it to you; you verify it to confirm the agreement before accepting.
6.4 On acceptance, an Order is created. You must keep the order status updated (Accepted → In Progress → Out for Delivery → Completed). Your contact details are revealed to the customer when the order is In Progress.
6.5 No in-app cancellation after acceptance: once accepted, you must resolve any change directly with the customer.
7. Payments
7.1 You collect payment directly from the customer off-platform (e.g., advance or on delivery). Craftolin does not process, hold, or remit payments and is not responsible for collecting your money.
7.2 You may record payment mode and amounts in the app for your own tracking. You are responsible for issuing any refunds you agree to (see Refund Policy).
7.3 You are responsible for setting lawful prices and for any applicable taxes.
8. Delivery
8.1 You are solely responsible for fulfilling and delivering orders within the timelines you commit to, and for the condition of goods on delivery. See Delivery Policy.
9. Reviews
9.1 Customers may review you, and you may review customers (two-sided). You must not manipulate, incentivise, or retaliate through reviews.
10. Conduct
10.1 You must comply with the Community Guidelines, deal honestly with customers, protect any customer contact data you receive, and use it only to fulfil the order.
10.2 You must not use customer phone numbers or contact data for unsolicited marketing or any purpose beyond the transaction.
11. Subscriptions and Fees
11.1 Subscription plans, limits, trial, and any fees are set out in the Subscription Terms.
12. Suspension and Termination
12.1 Craftolin may suspend or terminate your partner account for breach of this Agreement, policy, or law. You may stop selling and request account deletion per the Account Deletion Policy. Termination does not relieve you of obligations for orders already in progress.
13. Liability
13.1 Craftolin is an intermediary and is not liable for your sales, deliveries, payments, or disputes. See Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability. You agree to indemnify Craftolin against claims arising from your products, content, or conduct, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing Law
14.1 Governed by the laws of India; jurisdiction at Bengaluru, India.
