- Provide accurate information in profiles, listings, and requests.
- Treat other users with respect in chat and reviews.
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, abuse, or discrimination.

- items that infringe intellectual-property rights;
- unsafe, hazardous, or prohibited products;
- anything that violates applicable Indian law.
3. Content and Images
- Upload only images and content you own or are licensed to use.
- No sexually explicit, violent, misleading, or deceptive imagery.
- No content that infringes copyright, trademark, or privacy. See Copyright Policy and Intellectual Property Policy.
4. Reviews and Ratings
- Reviews must be genuine and based on real transactions.
- No fake, paid, incentivised, retaliatory, or manipulated reviews.
- No abusive or irrelevant content in reviews.
5. Messaging
- No spam, scams, phishing, or unsolicited marketing.
- Do not pressure users to transact outside the agreed terms in a way that defrauds them.
- Do not share others' personal information without consent.
6. Use of Contact Data
- Phone numbers and contact details shared in the workflow may be used only to complete the specific order.
- Do not use another user's contact details for marketing, resale, or any unrelated purpose.
7. No Circumventing the Workflow to Defraud
- Do not use the request/order/agreement process to mislead, defraud, or harm another user.
- Honour the terms you agree, including payment and delivery commitments.
8. Privacy and Safety
- Respect the privacy of other users.
- Customers' private event data is personal — Partners will never receive it and must not seek it.
9. Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, listing takedown, loss of verification, feature restriction, suspension, or account termination. Serious or illegal conduct may be reported to authorities. Reporting and contact details are in the Support & Contact Policy.
