1. Status and Application
1.1 These Guidelines form part of, and are incorporated into, the Terms and Conditions. Capitalised terms have the meaning given to them in those Terms.
1.2 These Guidelines apply to all content published and all conduct engaged in through the Platform, including Listings, product images, profile particulars, business information, reviews and ratings, and saved event notes.
1.3 Breach of these Guidelines may result in the consequences described in clause 10.
2. Honesty and Respect
2.1 You must provide accurate and truthful information in your profile, your Listings, and your Requirements.
2.2 You must treat other Users with respect in reviews and in any communication between you.
2.3 You must not engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, intimidation, abuse, or discrimination on any ground, including gender, religion, caste, race, ethnicity, disability, or sexual orientation.
2.4 You must not impersonate any person, misrepresent your identity, role, affiliation, or business, or falsely claim association with any brand or organisation.
3. Listings and Products
3.1 A Partner must ensure that every Listing is accurate, complete, and lawful.
3.2 You must not list, offer, or supply through the Platform:
(a) goods the sale of which is prohibited or restricted under Applicable Law;
(b) stolen goods, counterfeit goods, or goods that infringe any trademark, copyright, design, or other intellectual property right;
(c) goods that have been recalled, or that are unsafe, hazardous, or defective;
(d) weapons, ammunition, explosives, or their components;
(e) narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, tobacco products, or alcohol;
(f) medicines, medical devices, or health products requiring a licence you do not hold;
(g) live animals, or products derived from protected species;
(h) currency, financial instruments, or documents of title;
(i) human remains, bodily fluids, or organs;
(j) any material that is obscene, pornographic, or paedophilic; or
(k) any other goods that you are not lawfully entitled to sell.
3.3 A Listing must accurately describe the Product. You must not misstate materials, dimensions, quantity, origin, condition, or capability, nor display an image of a Product materially different from that which will be supplied.
3.4 Prices must be stated honestly. You must not display a misleading reference price or a discount that was never available.
4. Content and Images
4.1 You may upload only content that you own or are validly licensed to use.
4.2 You must not upload content that is sexually explicit, gratuitously violent, deceptive, or misleading.
4.3 You must not upload content that infringes the copyright, trademark, design right, or privacy of any person. See the Copyright Policy and the Intellectual Property Policy.
4.4 You must not use another Partner's photographs, descriptions, or branding as your own.
5. Reviews and Ratings
5.1 A review must be genuine and must arise from an actual transaction conducted through the Platform.
5.2 You must not create, solicit, purchase, exchange, incentivise, or otherwise procure a false or misleading review.
5.3 You must not publish a retaliatory review, nor threaten an adverse review in order to obtain any advantage from another User.
5.4 A review must not contain abusive, irrelevant, or unlawful content, nor the personal data of any person.
6. Spam, Deception, and Fraud
6.1 You must not engage in spam, phishing, scams, or unsolicited marketing.
6.2 You must not induce another User to transact upon terms other than those agreed, in a manner that causes that User loss.
6.3 You must not request that payment be redirected to an account, identifier, or telephone number other than that previously disclosed, otherwise than for a genuine reason communicated to the other User.
6.4 You must not use the Requirement, Agreement Code, or Order process to mislead, defraud, or cause harm to another User.
6.5 You must honour the terms you agree, including as to specification, price, payment, and delivery.
6.6 You must not create multiple accounts to evade a restriction, suspension, or termination.
7. Use of Another User's Personal Data
7.1 Contact particulars disclosed through the workflow, including a Customer's mobile telephone number and Delivery Details, may be used only to discuss, fulfil, and deliver the Requirement or Order to which they relate.
7.2 You must not use another User's personal data for marketing, solicitation, bulk communication, resale, or any unrelated purpose, and must not add it to any list or database maintained for such a purpose.
7.3 You must not publish, disclose, or transfer another User's personal data to any third party, save to a courier or delivery agent strictly to the extent necessary to effect delivery of the Order concerned.
7.4 You must not retain another User's personal data for longer than is necessary for fulfilment of the Order and for compliance with your own legal obligations.
8. Privacy and Safety
8.1 You must respect the privacy of other Users.
8.2 A Customer's saved event data is private to that Customer. It is never disclosed to a Partner, and a Partner must not seek it.
8.3 You must not publish the personal data of any person without their consent, and must not disclose or threaten to disclose private information in order to harass or coerce any person.
8.4 You must not attempt to identify, locate, contact, or approach another User otherwise than through the contact particulars properly disclosed to you for a transaction.
9. Reporting
9.1 Content or conduct that breaches these Guidelines should be reported to support@craftolin.com with such particulars and evidence as are available.
9.2 Craftolin acknowledges a complaint within twenty-four hours of receipt and disposes of it within fifteen days, in accordance with the Support and Contact Policy.
9.3 Craftolin maintains a record of each report received, the action taken, and the date of that action.
9.4 You must not submit a report that is false, frivolous, or vexatious.
10. Enforcement
10.1 Where Craftolin reasonably considers that these Guidelines have been breached, it may take one or more of the following actions, proportionate to the breach:
(a) remove or make unavailable the content concerned;
(b) make a Listing invisible or mark it unavailable;
(c) restrict access to particular features;
(d) suspend the account;
(e) terminate the account; or
(f) decline future registration.
10.2 Where circumstances permit, Craftolin will notify the User of the action taken and of the grounds for it, and will afford an opportunity to respond.
10.3 Where a report concerns fraud or unlawful conduct, Craftolin may preserve the account and its associated records for the purposes of investigation and cooperation with law enforcement authorities, and may decline a request for deletion of that account until the matter is resolved.
10.4 Serious or unlawful conduct may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
10.5 Enforcement action taken under this clause is enforcement of the Platform's rules only. It does not constitute verification, endorsement, or approval of any User or content that remains published.
