1. Status and Scope of this Policy
1.1 This Policy forms part of, and is incorporated into, the Terms and Conditions, and supplements the Privacy Policy.
1.2 This Policy applies to the Craftolin websites and web applications. The mobile applications do not use browser cookies; they use device storage as described in the Privacy Policy.
1.3 In this Policy, "cookies" includes cookies and equivalent client-side storage technologies, comprising local storage, session storage, and IndexedDB.
2. Categories of Cookies Used
2.1 The following categories are used:

2.2 Craftolin does not use:
(a) advertising or retargeting cookies;
(b) third-party analytics or audience-measurement cookies;
(c) cross-site tracking cookies or tracking pixels; or
(d) any advertising identifier.
2.3 The Platform contains no third-party analytics software development kit and no advertising software development kit.
3. First-Party and Third-Party Storage
3.1 First-party storage is set by Craftolin and is used to operate the website and web applications.
3.2 Third-party storage may be set by Google in connection with Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In, for the purpose of authenticating you securely. Google's processing of that data is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
3.3 No other third party sets storage through the Platform.
4. Lawful Basis
4.1 Strictly necessary cookies are used because they are essential to the provision of the service you have requested, and without them you cannot sign in or use the web applications.
4.2 Functional cookies are used on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by clearing site data through your browser settings.
5. Managing Cookies
5.1 You may view, restrict, block, or delete cookies and site storage through your browser settings. The method differs between browsers; consult your browser's help documentation.
5.2 Blocking or clearing strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and will impair or prevent your use of the web applications.
5.3 Where a consent interface is presented on the website, you may manage non-essential preferences through it, and may revisit that interface at any time to change your choices.
6. Retention
6.1 Session storage is cleared when the browser tab is closed.
6.2 Authentication tokens persist until you sign out or until they expire in accordance with the issuing provider's policy.
6.3 Functional storage persists until you clear it.
7. Amendment
7.1 Craftolin may amend this Policy as the websites and web applications develop. The revised Policy takes effect upon publication, and material changes will be notified on the website.
7.2 The effective date and version number at the head of this Policy indicate when it was last revised.
