About Craftolin
We built a place where thoughtful gifts are easy to find
Somewhere between endless catalogues and untraceable social-media sellers, independent creators were getting lost. Craftolin is the home we built for them — and for everyone searching for a gift with a person behind it.
Our story
It started with a simple question
Why is it easier to find a factory-made photo frame than the artist two neighbourhoods away who would hand-letter your family's name on one?
India is full of independent creators — potters, painters, designers, curators and gift studios — doing extraordinary work from small studios and kitchen tables. What they lacked wasn't skill or taste; it was a fair, direct channel to the people looking for exactly what they offer.
Craftolin is that channel: a place where customers describe what they have in mind, creators reply with what they can offer, and the two agree on every detail before anything is confirmed.
What we believe
The right gift carries the thought someone put into it
How we work
The principles we won't trade
The creator comes first
Creators set their own prices, keep their customer relationships, and are never buried under anonymous listings. We are the introduction, not the middleman.
Agreed before anything moves
Nothing goes ahead until you and the creator have settled exactly what you are getting — the piece, the price, and the date it needs to arrive.
Conversation over checkout
The best gifts start with a chat. Requirements, clarifications, and agreements all happen directly between you and the creator, inside the app.
Honest by design
Clear stages reported by the creator, a confirmation step you both sign off on, and policies published in plain language. Your money goes to the creator directly — Craftolin never holds it.
