Effective date: 5 July 2026 Operator: Craftolin ("Craftolin", "we", "us", "our")
This policy explains how delivery works on Craftolin. Read with the Terms & Conditions and Marketplace Policy.
1. Craftolin Does Not Deliver
1.1 Craftolin is a marketplace facilitator and does not provide shipping, courier, or logistics services and does not guarantee delivery.
1.2 Delivery is arranged and fulfilled by the Partner (directly or through a courier the Partner chooses), and is agreed directly with the Customer.
2. Delivery Coverage
2.1 Each Partner declares their delivery coverage in their profile — which may include city-level, state-level, and/or pan-India (country) delivery, each with an estimated delivery time the Partner provides.
2.2 Coverage and estimates are set by the Partner and shown for information. They are indicative, not guarantees, and are currently for display; they do not by themselves restrict who may place a request.
3. Delivery Details in an Order
3.1 When submitting a Requirement, the Customer provides a delivery city and PIN code and a required delivery date. These are typed by the Customer (Craftolin does not collect GPS location).
3.2 Products show an estimated delivery window (minimum/maximum days) set by the Partner. Actual timelines are agreed between the parties and may vary, especially for custom or made-to-order items.
4. Delivery Tracking
4.1 The app reflects an order's progress through statuses such as Accepted → In Progress → Out for Delivery → Completed, updated by the Partner. These status updates are indicative and depend on the Partner keeping them current; they are not a real-time logistics tracking service.
4.2 The Partner's contact details are made available to the Customer once the order is In Progress so the parties can coordinate delivery directly.
5. Delivery Charges
5.1 Any delivery/shipping charges are determined and collected by the Partner as part of the price agreed with the Customer. Craftolin does not set, collect, or process delivery charges.
6. Delays, Failed Delivery, and Issues
6.1 Responsibility for delivery, delays, damage in transit, and non-delivery rests with the Partner (and any courier the Partner uses), subject to applicable law.
6.2 Customers should coordinate directly with the Partner to resolve delivery issues. Craftolin is not liable for delivery outcomes — see Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability. Refund matters are governed by the Refund Policy.
