Effective date: 5 July 2026 Operator: Craftolin ("Craftolin", "we", "us", "our")
These terms apply to Partner subscriptions on Craftolin. Customers do not pay to use Craftolin. Read with the Partner Agreement.
1. Plans and Limits
1.1 Partner subscriptions control how many products a Partner may publish. The plans are:
| Plan | Product limit | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Trial | 10 products | Free, granted automatically on registration |
| Starter | 25 products | Paid plan |
| Growth | 50 products | Paid plan |
| Pro | 200 products | Paid plan |
1.2 Plan prices are ****.
2. Free Trial
2.1 On registering as a Partner you receive a 60-day free trial (Trial plan, 10-product limit). No payment is required for the trial.
2.2 When the trial expires, you may subscribe to a paid plan to continue publishing beyond the trial limit. Products exceeding a plan's limit may not be publishable until you upgrade.
3. Subscription Term and Renewal
3.1 Paid subscriptions run for one month from activation (expires_at = start + 1 month) unless otherwise stated.
3.2 A subscription has a status of active, expired, or cancelled. When a subscription expires, related publishing limits revert accordingly.
3.3 Billing mechanism: the current app activates a plan without in-app automated billing (activation is processed by Craftolin after payment is arranged). Automated billing/renewal may be introduced later.
4. Upgrades and Downgrades
4.1 You may move to a higher plan to increase your product limit. The effect of downgrades on listings exceeding a lower plan's limit is ****.
5. Fees and Refunds
5.1 Subscription fees (once charged) are ****. Any refund terms for subscription fees are set here and in the Refund Policy. The free trial carries no charge and no refund.
6. Cancellation
6.1 You may stop using a paid plan; cancellation effects, proration (if any), and access until period end are ****.
7. Changes to Plans
7.1 Craftolin may change plan features, limits, or prices on reasonable notice. Continued use of a paid plan after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
