1. Status of these Terms
1.1 These Subscription Terms form part of, and are incorporated into, the Terms and Conditions, and are to be read together with the Partner Agreement. Capitalised terms have the meaning given to them in those documents.
1.2 These Terms apply to Partners. Customers are not charged to browse Listings, to submit Requirements, or to place Orders, and no provision of these Terms applies to a Customer.
2. Present Position: No Charge and No Plans on Sale
2.1 The Platform is presently provided to Partners free of charge.
2.2 No subscription plan is offered for sale. Subscription functionality is disabled within the Platform. There is nothing available for purchase and no sum is charged.
2.3 Craftolin operates no in-application purchase facility, no application-store billing, no invoicing, and no automated billing of any kind.
2.4 Craftolin collects no payment card, bank account, or other payment particulars from Partners, and will never request them. Any communication purporting to come from Craftolin and requesting payment particulars should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@craftolin.com.
2.5 Craftolin charges no commission, levy, or transaction fee on any transaction between a Partner and a Customer.
3. Publishing Allowance
3.1 In order to maintain the quality and integrity of the marketplace, each Partner account is subject to a publishing allowance limiting the number of Listings that may be published concurrently.
3.2 The allowance applicable to your account is displayed within the Platform.
3.3 Craftolin may vary the publishing allowance on reasonable notice. Where an allowance is reduced, Craftolin will give you a reasonable opportunity to select which Listings are to remain published before any Listing is made unavailable.
4. Future Paid Plans
4.1 Craftolin may in the future introduce paid subscription plans or premium features for Partners, which may offer higher publishing allowances or additional functionality.
4.2 Where Craftolin decides to do so, it will publish, before any such plan takes effect:
(a) the name of each plan;
(b) the price of each plan and the currency in which it is expressed;
(c) whether the price is inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes;
(d) the features, allowances, and limits comprised in each plan;
(e) the billing period and the date on which payment falls due;
(f) whether the plan renews automatically, and if so the manner in which renewal may be prevented;
(g) the manner in which a plan may be cancelled and the consequences of cancellation, including any effect on Listings published in excess of a lower allowance; and
(h) the refund terms applicable to the plan.
4.3 Existing Partners will be given reasonable advance notice before any charge becomes payable. No Partner will be charged without having first been given that notice and having taken a positive step to subscribe.
4.4 Continued use of a paid plan after its price or terms have been varied, following notice of that variation, constitutes acceptance of the variation.
5. Billing, if Introduced
5.1 Where automated, in-application, or application-store billing is introduced, the applicable prices, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and refund terms will be disclosed at the point of subscription and published in these Terms.
5.2 Where billing is effected through an application store, the billing, renewal, and refund rules of that store may additionally apply, and Craftolin will identify them at the relevant time.
6. Refunds
6.1 As no sum is presently charged, no refund arises.
6.2 Refund terms applicable to any future paid plan will be stated in these Terms and in the Refund Policy before that plan takes effect.
7. Suspension and Termination
7.1 Suspension or termination of a Partner account under clause 14 of the Partner Agreement may result in the loss of access to any plan then in effect.
7.2 Where a paid plan has been introduced and a Partner account is terminated by Craftolin otherwise than for breach, Craftolin will refund the portion of any prepaid fee attributable to the unexpired part of the then-current term.
8. Amendment
8.1 Craftolin may amend these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms take effect upon publication, save that where an amendment is material, or introduces or increases a charge, Craftolin will give reasonable advance notice.
8.2 The effective date and version number at the head of these Terms indicate when they were last revised.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and clause 30 of the Terms and Conditions applies.
