Delete your Craftolin account

You can permanently delete your Craftolin account (Customer or Creator) at any time. Deletion is processed immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — In the app

1. Open the Craftolin app (or Craftolin Partner app) and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Account → Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By email (no app needed)

Email support@craftolin.com from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify that the request comes from the account owner and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, phone number, address, avatar)
• For creators: your business profile, product listings and product images
• Your wishlist, saved events and event reminders
• Your push-notification tokens and in-app notifications
• Your sign-in record (Firebase Authentication)

What may be retained

• Order and requirement records already linked to another user are kept in anonymised form (your name and contact details are removed) so the other party keeps their transaction history
• Records we must keep to comply with legal, tax, accounting or fraud-prevention obligations
• Residual copies may persist briefly in encrypted backups before they cycle out

Creators: please complete or resolve any orders in progress before deleting your account — deletion does not cancel obligations you owe to customers.
