Copyright Policy

This policy explains how to report copyright infringement on Craftolin and how we respond. Read with the Intellectual Property Policy.

1. Respecting Copyright

Craftolin respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Posting product images, descriptions, or other content that infringes someone else's copyright is prohibited under our Community Guidelines.

2. Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on Craftolin infringes your copyright, send a written notice to john@gmail.com including:

your name, address, email, and phone number;
identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
identification of the allegedly infringing content (e.g., the product listing, image, or profile, with enough detail for us to locate it);
a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf; and
your physical or electronic signature.

3. Our Response

3.1 On receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the content and notify the user who posted it.

3.2 We may request additional information or clarification before acting.

4. Counter-Notice

4.1 If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same contact with: your identification of the removed content, your contact details, and a good-faith statement explaining the basis for restoration, with your signature.

4.2 We will review counter-notices and may restore content where appropriate.

5. Repeat Infringers

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights.

6. Trademarks

For trademark concerns (e.g., misuse of a brand name or logo), contact the same address. Trademarks shown on the platform belong to their respective owners.
